Leadership Changes Take Place at MissionMode Solutions, Inc.

Winston Salem, NC  May 24, 2007 – MissionMode Solutions, a leading provider of emergency notification and crisis management software, has restructured leadership roles within the company to reflect internal and external growth. Malcolm Hafner’s promotion moves him to president and Mike Mitchell’s will move to executive vice president (EVP) of North America.

As president of MissionMode world wide, Malcolm Hafner will be in charge of direct sales, engineering and customer support. Hafner co-founded  MissionMode in 2003, serving as chief executive officer of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining MissionMode, Hafner was the CEO of Global Recall, an international knowledge management products company. He has also held other management positions as Vice President of European Software Services at divine, inc and Northern European Professional Service Manager at Interleaf.

Mike Mitchell will be in charge of shaping product direction, facilities and technology, sales support and customer care as EVP of North America. Mitchell has also been with MissionMode since 2003; serving previously as vice president of operations. Previous companies that Mitchell has worked for include UnitedHealth Technologies and PLATINUM technology.
